Mission Statement of the Regional Coaching Staff
The mission of the Regional Coaching Staff (RCS) is to help properly prepare Region 6 athletes to perform at the highest level at national and international competitions.

In support of this mission statement the RCS will:
Take a leadership role in coaches and athlete education.
Design and facilitate the implementation of programs and curriculum that support proper development of all athletes.
Pursue national educational and competitive opportunities for junior athletes and coaches.

• Assist in the identification and selection of athletes onto the Regional Team Program (RTP).
• Assist in the identification and selection of athletes and coaches onto the Elite Team Cup (ETC).
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Work for the advancement of all Region 6 athletes and coaches.
• Research and pursue the most contemporary technical information.
